Meet Captain John and Captain Nick

With years of fishing and boating experience in multiple waterways, Captain John and Captain Nick are passionate about family, fun, and fishing. Originally from Southern Illinois, Captain John and Captain Nick relocated permanently to the Destin/Fort Walton area to pursue their passion for taking people out on the water to experience the fun of the Gulf of Mexico.

Trips with A Slice of Life are great for kids, and both Captain John and Captain Nick love having families on board! Captain John and Captain Nick run a brand new 2024 32’ Cobia center console with twin Yamaha 300 engines and can carry up to 6 passengers. The boat is outfitted with all the essentials, including rods, reels, and tackle.
